We ask that unvaccinated guests wear masks on the front porch and in all common areas when others are nearby.
When at the outdoor picnic areas guests may do as they like (all areas are 30' apart).
If anyone in your travel pod feels ill we ask that you alert us immediately.
All employees are trained on CDC recommended COVID-19 best practices and Safe Distancing policies (Response Plan).
We use hospital grade disinfectant for cleaning and semiconductor particle containment principals when striping rooms.
Minimum Stay:
Units with kitchens: #6 and #7 have a 4 night minimum during summer season.
Most of the regular rooms have a 3 night minimum.
Some 1 or 2 night reservations are available please contact us to find out more.
Holiday Weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day) there is a 3 night minimum on all rooms and 4 nights for 6&7.
Deposits/Payments:
A credit card is needed to secure the reservation. The balance of your stay +10% fees and taxes will be broken into two payments. First, the non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the total per night will be automatically run 3 weeks prior to check in. Second, the balance will be due when you check in. If not cancelled 48 hours before check in the full balance is due. No refunds for late arrival, early departure or acts of nature (power or cable outages due to storms).
Refunds Summary:
Reservations cancelled 3 or more weeks before arrival do not incur any charges.
Reservations cancelled 3 or less weeks before arrival do not get a refund of deposit.
Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours of check in are charged the full rental fee for entire booked stay.
No refunds for late arrival, early departure or acts of nature (power or cable outages due to storms).
Pets:
Pets are welcome in the South Wing (Rooms 8 - 12). Under 20lb = $10/night, over 20lb = $20/night
Pets can not be left alone in rooms, must be on leash at all times and cannot be tied to the buildings.
To avoid our $10/poop fee please clean up after your pet.
There is a $250 fee if your pet damages the room.
Extra beds/cots:
Fee for an extra twin, double or queen bed is $10/night and includes sheets, pillows, blankets and towels.
Fee for an air bed in a bag is a one-time $10 fee. Air bed, inflator and linens provided. You set it up.
Discounts:
Every 7th night is free all Fall, Winter and Spring!
Green Policy:
We are proud to be a TripAdvisor Silver Level Green Award recipient. We work to protect our environment and conserve where possible. We ask you to turn off your lights, TV and a/c when you leave for the day. If you forget we will do this for you. If you would like new towels, ask anytime. If you would like your sheets changed let us know the night before. All rooms have recycle bins in them. Please let us know when your bin is full so we can empty it. We supply one small bar of soap and liquid hand soap for you to use. If you need more bar soap please ask and we are happy to give you as much as you can use.
Other:
All guests will receive a TripAdvisor review request unless they let us know they do not want one. Your feedback helps us know what we are doing good and how to improve. No guest is obligated to complete a review.
1 and 2 night stays are subject to room number change to accommodate multiple night stays. If your room is changed it will be of equal or greater value.
